IRC, Inc., is the bitumionus surface treatment operation of Illinois Road Contractors, Inc. This operation, also known as "sealcoat" or oil & chip is the division that serves 7 different counties in Central Illinois. Not only do we oil various counties, but also for numerous townships, road districts, villiages, and municipalities.

We have "state of the art" equipment insuring the job gets done efficiently and professionally. Our sealcoat crew is the best in the State of Illinois.

IRC., Inc., also provides Full Depth Reclamation maintenance work with 2 Caterpillar reclaimers throughout Central Illinois. This is a cost effective way to improve any existing oil & chip surface by adding additional aggregate and using the reclaimer to "mix it together" saving time and money for our customers.

While fixing obvious surface issues, full depth reclamation also allows strengthening of the base to handle new era traffic loads.
